What makes WhitCo different? Us – the people. We are such a great bunch.
Any famous chefs you’ve worked with? Many: Raymond Blanc, Michele & Allan Roux and Chris Galvin are great names, but then we have worked with so many chefs that are great and work for brilliant establishments. Some of the best chefs we have worked for are heading up hospital catering, education, the MOD and MOJ.
I have met some amazing people who have left their imprint on me

Something people don’t know about you? I wrote my master’s on the allergen legislation that came into force in 2011, and because of that the UK adopted the colour purple for allergen
Proudest moment? Seeing my team succeed. Dinner out or at home? Home is always best. ...and a favourite tipple to go with it? Moet. You have a day off, what do you do?
