Please note that a new recordkeeping process has been implemented for weekly safety documents.
Per our annual safety training, weekly recordkeeping is a MUST for all ACI jobsites.
Please see below for instructions on how to upload your safety documents to the P:\\ drive.
If you have any questions, please send Chris Kim an email.
1. SCAN documents and NAME your files
• Job Site Safety Surveys: “PJ# ‐ Date ‐ Job Site Safety Survey”
o EXAMPLE: “2270 ‐ 10‐8‐18 ‐ Job Site Safety Survey”
• Safety Meetings: “PJ# ‐ Date – Safety Meeting”
o EXAMPLE: “2270 ‐ 10‐8‐18 – Safety Meeting”
• Safety Orientations: “PJ# ‐ Safety Orientation ‐ Full Name”
o EXAMPLE: “2270 ‐ Safety Orientation – John Doe”
