We are grateful to the following individuals whose gifts to the
school’s endowment funds provide opportunities for expanded student access, support of tuition assistance and resources for our academic program.
The Ann Dins and Richard Nemrow Learning Diferences Fund
Established this year with an extraordinary gift from Richard Nemrow, the fund will enable the school to enhance its support for students with learning challenges. Uses of the fund will include diagnostic testing, faculty training, tutoring and other material, training, staing or consulting services required to meet the needs of these students.

The Prindle
Opportunity
Scholarship Fund
The Opportunity Scholarship Fund was established by an anonymous donor in 1997 and was named after Sue and Paul Prindle in 2000 in recognition of their commitment to education and to this
school. It is approaching its original goal of funding one scholarship, in perpetuity, for a student from an underserved population within the community.
Susan D Prindle $11,300
Mary Bens $50
Jack and Patricia Thornton $500
Funds for the Future
Following the successful completion
of the Building our Beginnings capital campaign in 1999, the Board created Funds for the Future. These unrestricted assets are available to provide investment returns for general operating support and program support for curriculum enrichment and professional development; to provide lexibility to respond to future opportunities; and to provide emergency reserve funds. A gift to the Funds for the Future was made by:
The Crawford Foundation $15,000
Long Time Friends
This Program provides an opportunity for sustained giving when participants include The Learning Project in their estate plans. The program borrows
its name from the song “Long Time Friends” that has been sung at graduation for many years.
A robust and constantly expanding bequest program holds enormous promise for the school’s long-term future endowment, and we are eager to increase the number of names on this list. Bequests of any size (the amount can be unspeciied to us) are welcome. We strongly encourage participation, and invite prospective donors to contact the school for further information, or simply to inform us that your name should be added to the list.
