Megatel Homes, LLC is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our employees stay
healthy and feel secure while maintaining a quality work/life balance.
Megatel Homes is pleased to announce that we are renewing with United Healthcare (UHC) and will continue
to offer four comprehensive medical plans. Our medical plans offer a variety of Doctor Copays, Deductibles,
and Out of Pocket Maximums. ALL Medical plans come with Virtual Visits (Telehealth) which includes
counseling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a number of Wellness programs for healthier lifestyles.
We are also pleased to announce we are renewing with Humana and the dual dental options. Our Buy-Up
Dental plan has UNLIMITED Annual Maximum. Our Buy-Up Dental reimburses non-network dentists at the
highest usual and customary level as well. We will also be renewing with Superior Vision.
With our Life Insurance policy, you and your family have an opportunity to enroll in our Voluntary Life plan.
For NEW hires in your open enrollment period there are NO health questions up to $150,000 for employees,
$50,000 for Spouses and $10,000 for children. Voluntary life insurance automatically comes with Accidental
Death and Dismemberment (AD&D). Current Employees have limited increase options, see pg. 14.
Please retain a copy of this benefit guide for a brief review of your employee benefits, helpful information,
cost and necessary contact information. Our benefit guide will not serve as an ID card or verification of your
benefits at a provider’s office, but it can provide assistance if needed.
