dependents. We also continue to provide 100% employer paid life and
AD&D for our employees.

Gas Clip Technologies covers 70% of the cost to enroll in medical, dental
and vision plans to help make enrolling more affordable.

Please retain a copy of this guide in order to review coverage benefits, cost

information, and necessary contact information on page 22. This booklet will
not serve as an ID card or verification of benefits at a provider’s office, but

can provide assistance if needed.
