Mara’s Med Spa is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our
employees stay healthy and feel secure while maintaining a quality work/life balance.
Mara’s Med Spa is pleased to offer all our full-time employees a BlueCross BlueShield of
Texas (BCBS) Major Medical Option for yourself and your family. Our plan is on the BCBS
Blue Choice (PPO) Nationwide network and offers In and Out of Network coverage.
Mara’s Med Spa contributes a large portion of the monthly employee only premium for our
employees.
Please retain a copy of this guide in order to review coverage benefits, cost information,
and necessary contact information on page 12. This booklet will not serve as an ID card or
verification of benefits at a provider’s office, but can provide assistance if needed.
