Your Pan-American and Healthcare 2U (HC2U) has 3 components. Please refer
to your benefit guide for more details.
Accessing your plan:
• The first thing to do when you receive your card is call Healthcare 2U and register 800.496.2805.
Refer to your card for member ID and group ID
• Healthcare 2U is the first number you dial, as they will put you in touch with your Primary Care Doctor.
As soon as you enroll in the plan call this number to register 800.496.2805 or if you need to see a
doctor
• Telemedicine is also included in this program with $0 Copay!
• In addition to the HC2U program, you have a zero copay preventative plan (ACA guidelines). Please
coordinate the preventative and wellness through the HC2U number. Most Covid-19 testing is
included in this plan with $0 Copay!
• HC2U (800.496.2805) refers/coordinate you to other services in your plan but HC2U is the primary
number (non-emergency) to coordinate your care
