Stamford Management Co LLC is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our
employees stay healthy and feel secure while maintaining a quality work/life balance. We offer a
Enhanced EAP program for our employees and dependents.
Stamford Management Co LLC is pleased to offer our full-time employees two (2) NEW Blue Cross
Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS TX) major medical plan options. Both are Nationwide PPO Plans that do
not require a PCP to be assigned and include enhanced benefits where many services are cov-
ered with the calendar year deductible, waived. ALL of our Medical Plans offer unlimited annual
preventative care benefits with NO out of pocket costs.
Your employer pays a major portion of the employee and dependent costs for any of the medical
options you choose.
This year we are offering a NEW and improved Voluntary Dental plan with United Healthcare (UHC),
which comes with a higher CY Max and the ability to “Roll Over” a portion of the Benefit. We also
offer low cost Voluntary Vision through Mutual Of Omaha.
We provide 100% Employer Paid Life and Matching Accidental Death & Dismemberment for all full-
time employees. In addition to employer paid life we offer low cost group Voluntary Life with
matching Accidental Death & Dismemberment for employees and dependents through Mutual of
Omaha. During OPEN ENROLLMENT and New Hire Employees can enroll in $150,000 for Employee,
$30,000 for spouse/domestic partner with NO Health Questions and cannot be turned down.
Children are covered at $10,000 for a low flat rate regardless of the number of children. If you are
already enrolled in voluntary life you can increase up to $20,000 with NO health questions.
We offer two off the job comprehensive voluntary Accident Plans low and high option. Our plan is
Guaranteed Issue which means you cannot be turned down.
Please retain a copy of this guide in order to review coverage benefits, cost information, and retain
necessary contact information. This booklet will not serve as an ID card or verification of benefits at
a provider’s office, but can provide assistance if needed. Refer to page 25 for instructions on how
to enroll in benefits. For additional contact numbers and information, please refer to page 24.
