Gas Clip Technologies is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our employees stay
healthy and feel secure while maintaining a work/life balance.
Gas Clip Technologies is pleased to offer all Full-Time Employees a choice between three major medical
plans from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS). Our plans are nationwide PPO plans with In and
Out of Network benefits. Our medical plans include low Calendar Year Deductible’s (CYD) and low copays.
We offer Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness and Disability Insurance to our employees and their de-
pendents.
Gas Clip Technologies also provides all Full-Time Employees with a flat amount of 100% Employer Paid
Life Insurance with matching Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) at NO cost to you.
Gas Clip Technologies covers 70% of the cost to enroll in medical, dental and vision plans to help make en-
rolling more affordable.

self-service Website (Employee Navigator), anytime 24/7. This personalized website offers detailed infor-
mation on your current plan, benefit summaries, cost breakdowns, provider and network search tools,
instructional videos, carrier links, and relevant documents.
