        IFC Roofing is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our employees stay healthy and feel
        secure while maintaining a quality work/life balance.

        IFC Roofing offers our full-time W-2 and 1099 sales employees three comprehensive Major Medical plans with
        Blue Cross Blue Shield. Each of our medical plans offer a variety of Doctor Copays, Calendar Annual Deducti-
        bles (CYD), and Out of Pocket Maximums. Each medical plan comes with comprehensive annual preventative
        care benefits covered 100% with no cost along with other Wellness programs for healthier lifestyles.

        We offer voluntary Dental and Vision plus Voluntary Life with guaranteed issue up to $75,000 for employees,
        $35,000 for spouses and $10,000 children at new hire. Employees have an option to bump up their Voluntary
        Life at open enrollment $25,000.

        Our dental plan offers Unlimited annual benefits for preventative, basic and major services. Orthodontics are
        included too. All full-time W-2 and 1099 sales employees have $25,000 Employer Paid Life/AD&D coverage.

        NEW dual 24/7 (On-and Off) the JOB Accident  plans  with Allstate with compressive broken bones, disloca-
        tions, surgeries, hospital coverage, doctor visits and tests (see page 21 and 22)

        NEW Dual Critical Illness plans that cover, Cancer, Heart attack, Stroke, Bypass Surgeries, (see page 23 and 24)
        to name a few. Children are coverage at NO cost!

        IFC Roofing contributes towards your medical, dental and vision coverage and 100% for employer paid life/
        AD&D.

        cost and necessary contact information. Our benefit guide will not serve as an ID card or verification of your
        benefits at a provider’s office, but it can provide assistance if needed.  Refer to page 33 and 34 for instructions
