Frank Bailey Grain, Co. provides full-time employees a life insurance benefit and an AD&D policy
equal to the life insurance benefit. Frank Bailey Grain, Co. pays the full cost of this benefit. Your
Benefits will reduce 35% at age 65, and an additional 50% of original amount at age 70. Benefits
Terminate at retirement.
