Premier Pools and Spas is committed to a comprehensive benefit program
that helps our employees stay healthy and feel secure while maintaining a
work/life balance.
Premier Pools and Spas is pleased to offer four (4) major medical options, with
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas to our employees and their dependents.
Premier Pools and Spas covers 50% of the monthly premium for an Employee
to enroll. This Employer Contribution has been factored into the pricing of
each tier shown in this Benefit Guide.
Please retain a copy of this guide in order to review coverage benefits, cost
information, and necessary contact information on page 10. This booklet will
not serve as an ID card or verification of benefits at a provider’s office, but
can provide assistance if needed.
