Subject : Destruction of NGP tarpaulin/signage

I. Objectives of the Investigation:
1. To determine fact and circumstances on the incident.
2. To determine other relevant matters that would require further
investigation.
II. Investigation Summary:
On January 28, 2019 at 11:00 am the DSSD Chairperson invited Mr.
Reynon in his office. He read the letter send by Mr. Eric Bimmoy. The
letter contained a request for investigation relevant to the destruction of
the NGP tarpaulin/signage and pointing Mr. Frenjiel Reynon and his
groupmates who could be involved and knowledgeable of the incident.
Mr. Reynon explained that on the day of their research activity, their
instructor was present facilitating. They performed their research in the
school site. One of the materials they use is a cutter, and this is owned by
their instructor Mr. Badeng. Therefore, after finishing the activity, they
returned immediately the material used.
When the research activity was done and was ready for installation, one
representative of each group were instructed to install their output at the
location instructed by Mr. Badeng.
III. Findings:
In this investigation it shows that the group led by Mr. Frenjiel Reynon are
not the only group who would possibly be involved and knowledgeable of
the destruction of the NGP tarpaulin.
IV. Recommendation:
Based on the result of the initial investigation, the office recommends
further inquiry regarding the complaint of Forester Bimmoy. This might
entail conducting interviews with ALL the BSA II section B student to shed
light to the matter.
