LIFESHAPER’S COMMITMENT FORM

I hereby enter into a Covenant with the Lord Jesus Christ
through the NXTGen Children’s Ministry as I commit
myself:

To maintain a dynamic and growing love relationship with
Jesus Christ, in keeping with this immense task that God
has given me as a Children Minister.

To come spiritually, mentally, and physically prepared that
I may effectively serve in all these classes to which I am
assigned and willingly participate in all meetings,
trainings, fellowships, retreats and other NXTGen
Ministry activities.

To consistently provide the children a good example of
punctuality, self-control, diligence, humility, obedience,
patience, prayerfulness, and genuine love for others so that
they may also strive to attain a well-balanced, spiritually
fruitful life.

To exercise personal discipline as a NXTGen Lifeshaper,
Assistant, Coordinator, or volunteer, so that I may not
hinder, but rather, render significant service to the
ministry.

To be prepared, in season and out of season, to exercise
this ministry of teaching young children about God’s
Word.

To be an active member of a CCF discipleship group.
