Large Group • Presents God’s word in a
Teacher creative, powerful, and
engaging way
• Classroom setting or as
deemed appropriate for the
lesson
• Strives to build a solid
foundation in each child for a
life of spiritual formation.
• Commitment: Once every 2
months

Squad Leader • Studies the lesson and
(Big Boys and discussion points in advance.
Girls) • Prepares corresponding
materials (Level 3 or Level 4,
check which will be appropriate
• Arrives 1 hour before Large
Group Time & welcomes the
kids
• Check Room assignment for
squad time, chairs, lights
o Worksheets
o Discussion Guides
• Facilitates the discussion and
life applications of the week’s
lesson
• Leads kids to pray and seek
answers to their questions
from God’s Word
• Disciples either:
• 3-4 big boys
• 6-8 big girls
