I remain optimistic in these anxious times. Figures show that the world is
improving. Injustices, even if they remain intolerable, are diminishing. I believe
we will continue to find solutions, and seaweed is one of them. The ecological
emergency and exponential population growth will increase this interest, which
will undoubtedly enable us to resolve a large part of these challenges. In the food
sector, everyone is an agent of change. Without expecting anything from our
governments, every time we eat or drink, we decide the world of tomorrow and
become environmental activists.
