                      Aerodrome controllers shall ensure that a minimum of 3 NM

                      surveillance separation is established between successive
                      departures from the same runway.

                      i. Such spacing is achieved by applying a 60 seconds time

                              interval between multiple departures.

                      ii. Flights following SIDs with a loop to return to the field
                              Eastbound from RWY33/RWY15 shall be spaced at 120

                              seconds time interval.

                      The following conditions are required in the application of this
                      standard between succeeding departing aircraft:

                      i. ATS surveillance systems are used in the provision of

                              aerodrome control service to establishe surveilance
                              separation between succeeding departing aircraft;

                      ii. the application is between aircraft with homogenous

                              performances or if the preceding aircraft is faster than the

                              following;

                      iii. vertical separation shall be applied between successive
                              departures when the following aircraft has a closing

                              airspeed. Approach departure controllers shall be notified
                              of such actions.
