C. Dual RWY Segregated Mode

When Rwy 3 closed

KLIA may operate in Segregated mode as below:

i. Runway 14L for arrivals only and Runway 14R for Departures only; and

ii. Runway 32L for arrivals only and Runway 32R for Departures only

landing spacing:

• 3 nm (4 nm if landings on RWY32L & preceding aircraft exiting P4 for

KLIA2); or

• wake turbulence separation if greater than above.

Choice to select one of the 3 PMS.

SIDs linking the departure runway to all the exit points of KL TMA without

restriction.

STARs linking all the entry points (Transitions) to the arrival runway.
