The social function of offering help and service is to
help interpersonal relationships between individuals
with one another. By offering help to family or friends,
it shows that we care about the people around us.
Offering help is an expression to offer help to
someone. The purpose is to offer assistance for
someone who is doing something politely. There are
two kinds of offering help: informal offers and formal
offers.
