Don? forget your sunblock and water as (no car listed)
you go for a country ride with the warm Alexandra & Alex
wind in your hair and the sound of a Richman, 1960 Bentley S2
classic British car exhaust in your ears. It's
Saloon
driving season -- get out and enjoy it.

Big thanks to Cherie for hosting and to all
who attended the Queen?s Platinum (no car listed)
Jubilee Picnic last month. What a royal
Norm & Carolyn Follis
treat that was.
If you missed it, you can catch all the build- up details in last month?s Currently looking for an
special Queen's Jubilee issue of MOTORING and see how it turned out older British car
in real time in this month's issue. There seems to be interest in
making this an annual event and calling it British Heritage Day. David & Deese Bearden
My goal for July is to coordinate the upgrade of NBCC's website. I will 1968 TR 250
be working with Rick Mathis, Dylan Wood, and Andy Adams, with input Drayt on Cook
from the officers of the club, to give the website a makeover. There
will be more to come as we work to bring you a more modern site for 2016 Jaguar F Type R
club information and to register for events. Pam & Will Walden
Here's our July Drive update. Russ Welty will be leading the drive this 1971 MG-BGT
month and, to change things up, he will be starting at 5:00 pm to try
and beat the heat. Genius! Watch your email for any updates on
departure time and place and go to page 30 of this issue.
Last bit. The annual BBQ car show that the club normally attends in
August isn't being held this year. That event usually takes the place of
the August club drive. That said, I'm now looking for a volunteer to
host the August drive. Please contact me as soon as possible at
NashvilleBritishCarClub@gmail.comi if you're interested in leading a
tour.
That?s all for now folks.
Put away the tools and fire that beauty up. Summer is here and it's time
to get out and put some miles on those LBCs.
Stay safe. Have fun and keep?em on the road.
Cheers,
Todd
