Left : Al Wood bought his 1965 Morgan in 1971. He
found it on a car lot in Dallas, Texas. When its ash
frame required repair, he drew the pieces that needed
care, sent them to the Morgan factory and they
replaced them with original, new coachwork (
wooden) craftsmanship. The Morgan is original
except for the sports seats ( left, below), which Wood
says he had installed to replace the original plywood
bench seat, topped with a bladder for comfort.
