The SHSM is a program that provides students in secondary school an opportunity to focus on a specific career path that matches their skills and interests while meeting the requirements of the OSSD.
COMPONENTS OF THE SHSM:
• Complete a specific bundle of 8-10 courses
• Earn valuable sector-specific certifications
• Experience reach ahead opportunities, experiential learning activities and sector- partnered contextualized experiences
• Gain important skills on the job through cooperative education placements
Students can officially be enrolled at the beginning of grade 11. For more information or to enrol, please contact your Pathways Support Teacher or someone in your Student Services Department.
