T his machine which is worth Rs 5 Lakhs, has
already got buyers in Delhi and Haryana within 2
months and 9 machines have already been sold.
Let us learn something more about the machine. The
machine works like this; In this machine, first, three rolls
are placed in which all the three rolls are inserted into the
machine and divided into different parts. Finishing of the
mask is done by putting it in another machine present
together. One is done through, after all three rolls have
been made, the mask is made from the other side. Before printing on clothes, DCC printing
machine first printing on paper. It prints on clothes after printing on paper. More than 15 machines
have been sold so far. At present in Panipat, DCC has nine printing machines.
This company has come from Mumbai to participate. This company came to tell us that its other
machines are 50 years old. Speaking about the details of the company Mr. Vikas Prasad told that
people will get to know about our company. We have also brought the machines of our company
and are informing the industrialists about their machines in how our machines are different from
other machines. People were getting very much engaged at this stall and the company is
expecting a good amount of business due to this exhibit.
L ooking from an overall perspective, the guests
present said that times are now changing and
Indian machines are in a dominating position.
Importing machines from other countries led to many
difficulties. Those who can set up bye-pants and doormat
industries, those who set up small industries will no longer
be forced to take loans from banks and others. Spending
somewhere between 40 thousand rupees, doormat,
carpet and pocha (mop) making industries can be
established. Mr. Shamim, director of New-Tex / Siraj on Jatl Road, said that he has tried to
promote indigenous machines. Anyone can easily establish their small scale industries by
installing their machines.
This year's Home Tex Tech Expo saw a lot of new technologies
and machines. It included one of the most essential machines for
the current scenario, which is the mask making machine. It also
saw a huge participation from the exhibitor companies as
mentioned earlier as well as from the traders and layman visitors
who came in to check out the machines and the manufacturer
companies. The overall exhibition was a success and the
Managing Director, Mr Rajesh Sinha was very much content with
the turnout of the event. He and his team did their best to organise
the exhibition in the manner possible which was seen appreciated
by all the exhibitors and the visitors. The manufacturers are
already looking forward to the exhibition next year.
