                     Method
 Place the bhajis on a lined baking sheet and cook as per manufacturer’s instructions and a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
 Place 10g of fresh spinach on the bottom half of each sourdough bun.
 When cooked place a bhaji on each bun. Drizzle with 10ml of sauce.
 Wrap in Kraft paper or place in a burger box and serve.
