                               Method
 Line a suitable tin or tray and blind bake the pastry for 10 minutes at 160°C and leave to cool.
 Slice the onions and cook slowly until golden brown and soft.
 Spread the onion mix over the pastry.
 Mix the eggs and cream together and season well with salt and pepper.
 Pour over the onion mix and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
 Cook at Gas 1/150°C for approximately 25 minutes or until the egg mix has set.
