Method
Make up instant mash as per manufacturer’s instructions. Or use fresh mashed potato
Add grated cheese, finely diced onion, diced peppers and mustard powder.
Beat eggs and add to mixture, thoroughly combine.
Cut pastry sheet lengthways, spread mixture evenly over each piece and roll up.
Cut each roll into 12 portions and lay onto a greased baking sheet, brush with milk.
Bake Gas 4/180°c until whirls have slightly puffed up and are golden brown.
