Method
Peel potatoes and slice thinly.
Grease a large ceramic dish/tin with oil.
Place sliced potatoes and cheese in alternate layers, seasoning each layer. reserve a small amount of cheese for topping.
Blend milk with mustard powder and pour over the potatoes.
Mix remaining cheese with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle over.
Bake for 2 hours Gas 3/170°C
