Method
Fry diced onions until slightly softened, add Quorn mince and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Pour in 2 pints of water, cover pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Add carrots to mixture.
Blend flour & gravy mix with water and add to mixture, return to the heat to thicken. Pour mixture into serving dish and allow to cool slightly.
Make up potato as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Pipe the potato over the Quorn mince mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes Gas 4/180°C until golden brown.
