                          Method
 Peel, wash and dice the onions and carrots.
 Seal the Quorn in a large saucepan with a little water, stirring continuously to avoid the Quorn sticking. Add the onions, carrots, garlic, Maggi sauce and chopped tomatoes then simmer for 30 minutes.
 Add the mixed herbs and season.
 Cook the pasta in boiling water or in the combination oven on steam.
 Drain and serve with the Quorn sauce
