                          Method
 Wash and slice the onions & peppers.
 Sauté the peppers and onions in a pan with the oil and garlic.
 Add the Quorn pieces and Maggi sauce, cook until the vegetables have softened and the Quorn is cooked through and maintaining a core temperature of 75°C.
 Divide the mixture between the wraps, add a little raw spinach and grated carrot, then wrap.
