     Method
 In a suitable pan brown the Quorn mince for 5 minutes with a little oil.
 Add the chopped onions and peppers and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
 Add the paprika and cook for 2 minutes.
 Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes and remove from the heat.
 Add the peas, this will help to cool the mixture down.
 When the mixture is cooled place a spoonful of the mix just off centre of the pastry squares.
 Bring the opposite corners together to form a large triangle, and brush with beaten egg.
 Using a fork press the edges together creating a crimp effect , this will also help to keep the filling inside when cooking
 Rest in a fridge for 20 mins before cooking (these can be made a day in advance). Brush with beaten egg and cook Gas 4/180°C for 20 minutes, make sure a core temperature of 75°C has been reached before serving.
