     Method
 Rub the margarine in to the flour to make fine breadcrumbs, add water to form a dough and leave to rest.
 Roll out the rested pastry and line a shallow BS size tin.
 Blind bake the pastry case at Gas 4/180°C and then set aside.
 Dice all the vegetables then add a little oil, garlic, seasoning and mixed herbs and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
 Whisk the eggs and the milk together, season if required.
 Place the roasted vegetables into the cooked pastry case and sprinkle with grated cheese.
 Carefully pour the egg mixture into the tin and bake for 25 minutes.
