     Method
 Line two baking sheets with parchment.
 Cut pastry sheet in half and place on baking sheets.
 Chop sweet potato, squash, tomatoes and baby corn. Peel and quarter onions. Place onto a baking tray.
 Mix garlic puree into oil and drizzle over vegetable mix.
 Roast for 15 minutes at Gas 4/180°C until just tender. Allow to cool slightly.
 Place half of mixture on each pastry sheet, leaving 1 inch around all edges.
 Bake at Gas 4/180°c for 15 minutes.
