     Method
 Wash, peel and slice the onions.
 Make up the mashed potato from mix, frozen or make fresh from scratch.
 Fry the onions in a saucepan and add the sausages. Add the baked beans and chopped tomatoes, Season.
 Transfer mix to an ovenproof dish and top with mashed potato and grated cheese.
 Bake in the oven Gas 4/180°C until a core temperature of 75°C is maintained and the top is golden brown.
