Method
Thaw puff pastry sheet, and cut in to half lengthways.
Reconstitute the potato as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Mix cheese, mustard and beaten egg into the potato.
Spread the potato mixture evenly and roll over.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
