                      Method
 Melt the margarine a saucepan. Mix the flour and sugar together in a bowl.
 Mix the melted margarine with the milk, whisk the eggs and add to the milk mix. Pour in to the dry ingredients to make a soft batter.
 Scoop the batter into muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes on Gas 2/160°C or until cooked.
 Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
