                      Method
 Place the margarine, flour, sugar, cocoa powder and oats in a mixing bowl.
 Mix on medium until the mix forms a crumb texture.
 Slowly add the eggs and the milk.
 Mix until a dough is formed.
 Roll out in to approx 35g portions.
 Bake at 160°c for 10-15 mins.
 Allow to cool before serving.
