                      Method
 Preheat the oven to Gas 2/160°C.
 Melt the margarine and set aside.
 Mix the flour, cocoa and sugar in a large bowl.
 Mix the melted margarine with the milk. Whisk the eggs then add to the margarine and milk mixture. Pour this into the dry mixture and fold together.
 Spoon or pour the mixture into 48 muffin cases and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
 Remove from the oven when well risen and firm to the touch.
 Cool on a rack before serving.
