     Method
 Heat the oven. Line 8 x 12 bun tins with muffin or fairy cake cases.
 Put the sugar, margarine, flour, bananas, eggs and vanilla in to the mixer and whisk on a low speed until every thing is combined.
 Divide the mixture between all the bun tins and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
 To Decorate - mix the icing sugar with enough water to be spoonable, but not too runny. Spread over each cake.
 Knead some food colouring with the ready to roll icing to make it bright red, roll in to different size balls and sprinkle them with hundreds and thousands.
 Stick a balls on each cake.
