Method
Place dry ingredients into mixer bowl, mix well for 2 minutes.
Add milk, eggs and oil then mix for 5 minutes until mixture is smooth.
Pour into a greased and lined deep tin.
Bake for approx 1-11⁄4 hours. Gas 4/180°C
Cool in the tin for 15 minutes, before turning out.
