Method
Line a suitable tray with the sweet pastry and blind bake for 15 minutes Gas 4/180°C.
Mix the milk, eggs and caster sugar together.
Pour the mixture on to cooked pastry and sprinkle the nutmeg over top of the custard mix.
Cook for approximately 25 minutes until the custard has set.
