Method
Melt the margarine, sugar and syrup in a pan.
Stir in the cornflakes.
Make up the pastry and line the tart tins.
Spread the pastry with jam.
Place the cornflake mixture on top.
Bake in the oven Gas 4/180°C for 30 - 40 minutes.
