  Golden Syrup

  Dried Milk Powder

  Cocoa Powder

                      Method
 Measure out the cornflakes in a large bowl and set aside.
 Melt the golden syrup and butter in a saucepan on a very low heat.
 When just melted remove from heat, add the milk powder and cocoa powder and whisk.
 Transfer back on the heat and keep stirring for about about 3 minutes on a low heat.
 Remove from the heat then pour over the cornflakes, mixing very well until all are covered.
 Portion with a large ice cream scoop, pressing cornflakes into it, and then put on a baking tray.
 Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
