Method
Preheat the oven to Gas 4/180°C. Mix the flour, cinnamon and caster sugar together with a pinch of salt.
Whisk the melted butter, milk and egg yolks together and combine with the dry ingredients to form a soft dough. Roll out to an even sized rectangle about 1⁄2 inch thick.
Mix all the filling ingredients together and evenly spread over the dough.
Roll the dough like a Swiss Roll and cut into even sized rounds.
Cook on a suitable oven tray lined with greaseproof paper for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
