                      Method
 Cut the fruit to the required size a medium dice should be fine - slightly bigger than your thumb nail.
 Mix together gently and add the orange juice.
 Leave the fruit to soak for a couple of hours if possible to allow the flavour of the fruit to mix together.
   This can be made in advance and will last for 3 days in the fridge. You could use this at break time.
