Method
One full packet of Country Range custard mix at 3.5kg will make up an average of 360 x 55ml portions.
CONVERSION: Country Range custard mix at 1kg will make up an average of 100 x 55ml primary portions.
1. Measure required amount of water with custard mix in a bowl. 2. Mix gently to make a smooth paste. 3. Bring remaining amount of water to boiling point and add the paste, stirring continuously. 4. Continue stirring, turn the heat down and simmer for 1 minute. 5. Remove from heat and use as required.
2. To make pouring custard: Whole bag (approx. 360 ptns) of custard mix - 3.5 kg. Cold water - 2 ltr, boiling water - 15.5 ltr.
3. To make 100 portions (approx. 55 ml per ptns): Custard mix -1Kg, cold water - 1ltr, boiling water - 4ltr.
Add pepper mint essence & stir into your custard. The ratio is 8ml per 1 litre of made custard product.
Add green food colouring. The ratio is 4 drops per 1 litre of made custard product.
