     Method
 Combine the cornflour, five spice and the beef and mix well ensuring all the meat is covered.
 Heat a suitable pan until very hot.
 Carefully add the beef and brown well; this should take 3-4 minutes.
 Add the carrot, chilli and garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes.
 Next add the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and white wine vinegar and cook until thickened.
       Serve with soft noodles
