Method
Place sausages in hot oil in the oven and part cook.
Make up Yorkshire pudding batter with eggs, flour and milk. Add the batter to the hot sausages and return to the oven to continue to cook.
Fry onions in a little oil and the brown sugar until soft and sticky.
Make up gravy as per packet instructions add to caramelised onions, put in thermal jugs to keep hot.
Make up mashed potato as per instructions & serve in a gastronorm tin or ceramic dish.
Check the temperature of the sausages is at 75°C and serve with mashed potato & onion gravy.
