to providing straightforward transactions from accounting, activation,
administration, and settlement of radio bills from satellite and terrestrial

communication. As accounting authority, our role is to act as a billing
intermediary between the maritime mobile stations and service providers.

Bright North Corp is a Panamanian company, member of IME Marine Group.
Our Head Office is located in Panama City, nearby the Canal Zone at

Williamson Place, Building 0750-D, La Boca, Balboa, Republic of Panama.

We offer our services to the worldwide maritime sector in all major segments
of international shipping, helping to ensure a stable revenue generation and
financial stability to ship managers and owners.
