licensed healthcare practitioners, or by individuals for personal use, with a written prescription.

 A $500 "Buy-Now!" discount if your Biomodulator purchase is completed at least 30 days or more prior to your
scheduled conference attendance

 The QUICKSTART Self-Study Program which provides information and resources to practice and learn the basic
functions of your device prior to attending a conference

 One complimentary admission to your choice of Integrative Health Conference & Biomodulator Training sessions
which provides an incredible learning opportunity for advanced knowledge and use of your Biomodulator.
Attendance at the conference is optional and is not required to begin using your device immediately or to
receive the discount. (Choose from two options: live/in-person participation or online video streaming at your
office or home.)

The two-and-a-half-day conference is taught by Dr. Tennant and expert guest speakers presenting information relevant to
Dr. Tennant's protocols. It begins on Thursday evening through end of day Saturday. Dr. Tennant and guest speakers
discuss: technical theory, practical application of Tennant Biomodulator® therapy (interspersed with basic hands-on
techniques), and Dr. Tennant's multi-pronged approach to health and wellness.

If you do not have a health care practitioner familiar with the benefits and use of the Tennant Biomodulator® devices, Dr.
Tennant may be able to assess whether it is an appropriate therapy for your situation. If you wish to schedule an appoint-
ment with him at his clinic, we can place you in contact for completion of a health assessment questionnaire prior to a
scheduled appointment.
